Built for real conversations

Two-way live interpretation

Two independent streaming channels run at once: your voice goes out translated, their voice comes back translated — neither blocks the other.

Works with any call app

A virtual microphone (VB-Cable) carries your translated voice into the call, and system audio loopback captures the other side — so Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, Discord and more just work.

Translated voice + bilingual subtitles

Every utterance is delivered as natural translated speech, with side-by-side bilingual subtitles so you can follow both the original and the translation.

Your archive stays on your PC

Subtitle history and recordings are saved on your own machine only — we don't store your call content on our servers.

Powered by Google Gemini

Built on Google's real-time translation model (gemini-3.5-live-translate). Launching with English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Korean — any direction; the engine supports 70+ languages.

Frequently asked questions

How much delay is there?

Translation streams continuously while you speak, so the translated voice follows with a short delay of a few seconds — about the rhythm of consecutive interpretation. Both directions run as independent streams, so the conversation keeps a natural back-and-forth pace.

Which call apps are supported?

Effectively all of them: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Discord, Slack huddles, browser-based calls and more. EchoLing AI delivers your translated voice through a virtual microphone (VB-Cable) and captures the other side via system audio loopback — if an app lets you pick a microphone and plays sound, it works.

Does the other person need to install anything?

No. The other side simply hears a voice speaking their language — they don't need EchoLing AI, a plugin, or a special link.

What happens to my audio? Is my data private?

During a session, audio streams from your PC to the Google Gemini API for real-time translation; under Google's paid-tier API terms, your data is not used to train Google's models. We do not store your call audio or transcripts on our servers — subtitle history and recordings are saved only on your own machine. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which languages are available?

At launch the app offers English, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Korean — in any direction. The underlying Gemini engine supports 70+ languages, and more will be enabled over time.

What is your refund policy?

You buy minutes or a subscription and pay only for what you use; new accounts start with a zero balance and no complimentary minutes. Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record; if something goes wrong with a purchase, contact contact@echolingai.com and we'll review it under our EULA and applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
